User to User Helpline
No matter how much written information you're able to access, sometimes the best and most expedient way out of a particular tough spot you're in is to talk to someone who really understands the program and how it's applied. AUA offers complete, current directories of both members and consultants to help you get answers to your questions. On the Web site and in handy printed directories, members are sorted by product group and business area, while certified consultants are listed by specialty and location. We also maintain a toll free "helpline" for members that will put you in touch with someone who can assist you with specific problems. The AUA Web site, has a whole range of resources available to members 24/7/365. Once members are logged into the Web site, they can access resources such as archives of the AUA HourGlass newsletter, member directories, and special, customized reports and databases.

Here's how to find other users in your area, people using the same software, maybe even the name of that person from Iowa you met at the last AUA conference. As a AUA member, you simply utilize the pull-down menus to focus your search, then click on the search button.
Instantly, a detailed member directory will open up to you, listing all of the AUA members that meet your search criteria.
Enhancement Request
This section is available to, and used by AUA members to enable them to tell Axium what they can do to improve their software. Odds are, your ideas will help all of us who depend on Axium to do our jobs and run our businesses.
